Dearest, is a three-page Oglaf story featuring Ivan. It is part of the Immaculate city story arc.

(Continuing from Potion of Girlfriend) The vampires tell Ivan Felicia is in the trees, and Ivan runs towards a figure wearing a dress in the woods. In his halucination Ivan sees Felicia bringing him a pair of twin babies, but when he looks at them he sees two miniature versions of Felicia engaged in lesbian sex. Ivan begins to doubt the halucination is real and begins fighting off the effect of the Felicia potion and tries to escape from the vampires. A female vampire slaps Ivan in the face with her breaststo bring Ivan back under the control of the potion, and Ivan begins heading back towards the figure in the dress—a male vampire in drag with a group of vampires waiting to butcher Ivan.
