(Continuing from Shaft) Ivan approaches the consul (the man who gave the Mistress the baby monster) and asks him if he brought a spare monster. The consul tells Ivan that the monsters of Vanorva are under his nose and the golden spires are closer than he thinks. Ivan points out the city in easy view from the window. The consul is delighted and tells Ivan he can see the enchanted city only because he is a virgin. As a woman fellates him, the consol notes that "blowjobs don't count".
